IW require Contractors to design and build a number of Integrated Constructed Wetland sites across Ireland. ICW is a type of surface flow wetland. There are a number of potential  ICW sites, and not all will be deemed suitable once feasibility studies are completed by IW's ICW consultant, however it is estimated that approximately 9 no. sites across Ireland will progress to construction.
