KARE request that your company tender for inclusion on a panel to support KARE Facilities department in maintaining its buildings to the highest standards possible whilst meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements.

The Facilities Department require the services of 2 x Plumbing Maintenance Contractors on an ongoing basis to deal with requests for Plumbing Repairs/Maintenance. Non-planned maintenance interventions are required on an ongoing basis and a maintenance request system is in place to request the service required from approved suppliers from the Plumbing Maintenance Services panel.
