NIBRT is looking to procure a plate reader for the purposes of carrying out analytical training on methods such as ELISAs and bioassays. The desired system should be suitable for us in a training environment, but also representative of the systems used in biopharma industrial labs. As such, it is imperative that the software supplied with the system be capable of the data analysis and statistical calculations that are associated with these types of methods. The system must be flexible and capable of providing data for a wide variety of ELISA and bioassay types. To allow for this, the system must use a monochromator for both absorbance and fluorescence readings.
