⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
③ have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law,
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 13 June 2022 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 10 June 2022)
