⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

A The comprehensive medical information system has the following configuration shown in the introduction manual.

a Integrated hospital information system software including both electronic medical record system, providers' order entry system, administrative and accounting system, insurance claiming, data warehouse for hospital management, clinical researches, etc.

b Auxiliary departmental information systems such as laboratory, bacteriological examination, infection management, physiological laboratory, pathological examination, radiology and related imaging service, blood transfusion, rehabilitation, endoscopic examination, pharmacy and therapeutic drug monitoring, surgical operation and anesthesia, dietary, blood dialysis, ophthalmology, clinical trial management, nursing management, supply and distribution management, inter-hospital, clinic information exchange, etc.

c Hospital network infrastructure equipment and server platforms including virtual OS environments for the hospital information system.

d To install and run a client virtualization system, which enables stable operations for about concurrent 2,000 client terminals which can be run around the clock with a redundant configuration including server hardware and software systems.

e Sufficient number of client terminals (personal computers including their peripheral devices), printers, document scanners, etc. that run the client software for the hospital information system.
