The works involve the replacement of the exisiting elelctrical energy centre with a new form 4 switchboard & replacement of existing small power services, lighting (including emergency lighting), lighting controls & intruder alarm. The contractor will be responbile for all builders works assocaited with these works including making good of redant openings & formation of new openings, the safe disposal of all waste & redundant items from site
