Offaly Innovation and Design Centre CLG (OLDC) wish to engage a project manager supported by a multi-disciplinary team to oversee the conversion of the current warehouse at 25J Axis Business Park, Tullamore, Offaly into a high-end innovation / remote working hub creating 3,000 sq. ft. of office space, meeting room, change the façade, install a lift and utilities in the current warehouse and make it accessible from the adjacent occupied office builg at The Junction, 25J Axis Business Park, Tullamore. 

Offaly Innovation & Design Centre CLG is a not-for-profit company that provides affordable hot desks, office space, training facility, and meeting rooms for a diverse range of entrepreneurs, start-ups, and those choosing to work close to home. 

The Tendered shall name the person who will manage the project and provide CVs of all personnel involved in the project and information on their capacity to fulfill their role in the delivery of the project. The project manager will lead the project methodology. This project can be architect-led.
