NUI Galway wishes to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to carry out maintenance on a selected list of packaged air handling units as listed in Appendix A of the Technical Specification document. Locations: NUI Galway, University Road, Galway Ireland and Shannon College of Hotel Management, Shannon International Airport, Co. Clare. 

The specialist may also be requested to call to site to carry out emergency works to air handling units. The successful Contractor will also be capable of ordering the supply of spare parts and accessories when required on behalf of the NUI Galway, with prior approval. The successful Contractor, may from time to time be required to carry out upgrades and new installation of plant and equipment.
