⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till 4 : 00 P.M 8 July 2022. (by registered mail till 4 : 00 P.M 8 July 2022)
・Copy of the commercial register
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document describing the company career
③ The applicant must be able to prove that it has delivered at least 1,000 licenses (device licenses or user licenses) of any of the telework methods defined in the "Telework Security Guidelines (5th Edition) (May 2021), Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, JAPAN" since April 1, 2017.
④ have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
⑤ not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders.
