⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ②have Grade A, B, C or D qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023 and 2024 in manufacture of product, sales of product or services for paticipation in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ③are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ④meet the qualification requirements which the obligating officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the cabinet order. ⑤pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the tender manual.
