⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
① The equipment simulates the motion of earthquakes using past earthquake observation records and data assumed for future forecasts. The equipment also simulates long and short period ground motion of earthquakes.
② The equipment is portable and operates indoors with a 100V power supply.
③ The equipment displays on the monitor images of the damages in a room synchronized with the shaking of the earthquake.
