⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : KEK secure network system consists of the external and internal networks and additional systems. These networks must be connected to faster than 20Gbps via firewalls. The firewalls connecting these networks must not only filter packets out by static rules, but also detect malicious activities and block them automatically. The routers of in these system must implement the policy routing d on connection parameters such as source and destination IP prefixes, port numbers or AS number. All routers and switches of following networks and systems must monitor and record the traffic and flow history for future inspection. The flow history has sufficient information to detect which network switch and which port was used for the flow even if the flow had already finished.
