⑴ Contracting entity : Tomoaki Yotsuya, Managing Director, The Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Kansai
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products : Electricity to be used at The Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Kansai : about 777,000kWh per year
⑷ Delivery period : From September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : The Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Kansai
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting
② have a Grade A or B classification in the area of "Sales," in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation
④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year
⑤ have permission to operate as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2, Section 2 of the Electricity Business Act.
⑥ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO, introduction of renewable energy and so on.
⑺ Time limit of tender : 3 : 00 P.M. July 14, 2022
