The works consists of the replacement of hte existing heating centre, space heating & domestic water services, togther with all assocaited electrical & builders works. The works consist of removal & disposal of redundant plant & equipment, replacement of boiler plant with new LPG fired condensing boiler plant including establishment of new bulk gas storage compound, multi zone heating system, new heat emitters & asscoaoted controls. Domestic water works include replacement of exisitng CWS storage tanks, new pipework & fittings to connect to existing sanitaryware. Works to include all builders works including boxing of services, painting & making good, trenching & reinstatement, LPG tank compound
