⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Collection, transportation and processing of PCBs.
⑷ Fulfillment period : within 360 days from the next day of contract.

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures.
② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till 16 : 00 5 July 2022. (by registered mail till 16 : 00 5 July 2022)
・Copy of the commercial register
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document describing the company career
③ have obtained the permission of Article 14-4 of the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law (Law No. 137 of 1970).
・Permission for collection and transportation of specially controlled industrial waste (target waste : PCB waste, target prefectures : Aichi prefecture, Mie prefecture, and disposal point prefectures)
・Permission for disposal of specially controlled industrial waste (Target waste : PCB waste)
④ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders.
⑤ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
