⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in tenders are those who shall ;
① not have had a judgment of incompetency made against them.
② not have declared bankruptcy and are still unable to be reinstated.
③ not fall under any of the conditions listed in item 3⑶ア~サ of the Tender Instructions in the past three years.
④ not have their company financial condition been deemed remarkably unsound.
⑤ not belong to a crime syndicate or have relations with anyone who does.
⑥ have not had suppliers' qualification suspended, according to the company's supplier qualification regulations, between 5 : 00 PM May 30, 2022 and the period of the tender.
⑦ not be defaulting on national or local taxes.
⑧ comply with other details requirements in the tender documentation.
