⑴ Contracting Entity : Takeshi Maeda The Obligating Officer, Acting Director Administration Department, Japan Organaization of Occupational Health and Safety Spinal Injuries Center
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the sevices to be required : Electricity to be used in the Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety Spinal Injuries Center scheduled contracted electricity 1,310kW the estimated electricity 3,747,000kWh
⑷ Delivery date : August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : Spinal Injuries Center
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A or B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kyusyu-Okinawa Region,
④ have permission to be a retail electricity supplier in accordance with article 2-2, of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law, or have permissionto be a general power transmission and distribution operators in accordance with article 3, of the same law,
⑤ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify,
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 17 : 00 4 July, 2022
