⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on thedate and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Officer for Contractual Affairs, Executive (Finance and General Affairs), Hiroshima University.
