The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a tender package to re-construct a building that was destroyed by storm action in 2018 and to carry out roof repairs and waterproofing works on the adjacent Department buildings located on the East Pier of Howth FHC .  Tenders to be submitted in one lot via eTenders.

Construction works in Reinforced Concrete to rebuild and existing combination masonry / concrete / timber roof structure.  Structure is an infill build between two existing buildings and is of single storey height.  Tender award is expected in late Early August 2022 and works required to commence no later than September2022.  Tender Award subject to available funding.
