⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 or 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Osaka Kyoiku University, and meet the qualification requirements in accordance with Article 7 as well,
B have the Grade A or Grade B qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kinki area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D not fall under any of the items listed on the Article 32 ⑴ of the Act on Prevention of Unjust act by Anti Social Forces (Japanese Law Act No. 77 of 1991).
