1)Details of Procurement
⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27
⑵ Nature and quantity of the product to be procured : Upgrade of program directors'editing system 1 set
⑶ Type of procurement : Purchase
⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
① Upgrade of the program directors'editing system and connectivity to editing-use storage (external bridge media memories) and network storage devices for editing work.
② 4K and HD editing with no dropped s during playback. Export capability for broadcast-ready programs made according to Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) standards.
③ Control systems for the application of file access limits, user accreditation, and automatic data deletion functions to network storage items.
④ Editing system for connection to secure networks and networks with user accreditation systems. Only pre-registered users can access the system.
⑤ Transfer of edited data upon completion to the Avid Media Composer online editing system for final editing.
⑥ Collective upgrades (not needing to visit every editing studio to upgrade every device individually).
⑦ Editing work can be performed either in person at the NHK Program Production Department or remotely from the home.
⑧ A flexible design that allows for editing equipment to be expanded if necessary. Cloud use is acceptable if editing performance is maintained.
⑨ Low power consumption and other energy-saving measures for good environmental practice.
