⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : AKASAKI Nobuhiko, Director General of Kanto Regional Forest Office

⑷ Delivery period : From 30 June, 2022 through 31 October, 2022

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Sales of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ prove to have the ability to delivery appointed the time and the place specified by the Obligating Officer for the procured products.
⑤ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 10 : 00 A.M., 29 June, 2022 (tenders submitted by mail 3 : 00 P.M., 28 June, 2022)
