⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Forest Research and Management Organization,
② have the Grade A or B in the "Offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Forest Research and Management Organization or Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
③ not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract,
⑺ Time limit for submission of certificates : 3 : 00 P.M. 30, June, 2022
