Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim Educational and Training Board (‘MSLETB’) is seeking tender applications from web design service providers for the design, build, hosting, support and maintenance of new websites for our schools and centres (MSLETB).  The websites must be modern, user focused, user friendly and responsive to enhance our MSLETB websites’ digital brand and presence. The websites under this invitation to tender will be drawn down for the  individual MSELTB schools/centres by the Communications Officer (the contact). MSLETB schools/centres will request a new website via the Communications Officer, as required, subject to MSLETB budget approval. 

The websites must reflect the dynamic nature of our learning centres and must include a strong use of image, video and text. The platform must be built to facilitate future growth and functionality. It is imperative that the website is user friendly and that staff can access and update the website effectively and efficiently without difficulty. 

While it is important that there is consistency on the various  MSLETB websites for branding and general information policy, each MSLETB location (ie school, centre or administration location)  will have some input into how their website looks. There will be uniformity in the proposed content. To this end, an MSLETB school/centre d project team will be established to hold meetings, workshops and facilitate training regarding their website.     

It is proposed that this contract will take effect in Q3 2022 and that the contract will be subject to quarterly and annual performance reviews.  This may change d on performance and project load.
