The project involves refurbishment works to Carrigaline Library,
Carrigaline Middle, Carrigaline, Co. Cork for Cork County Council.
Works include but are not limited to: removal and replacement of existing
roof lights and curtain walling; removal and replacement of upstand to
roof lights; removal and replacement of existing gutters; painting external
walls; upgrade works to roofing seals / caps.
The electrical services installation shall comprise the following works:
temporary disconnection of existing electrical blinds; re-connection of
electrical blinds following completion of the works; supply and
installation of new electrical blind in isolated location.
The works area will be vacant for the agreed period of the contract.
The Main contractor will be responsible for the duties of Project
Supervisor Construction Stage
