⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : IZUMI Yoshinori, Director of Department of Financial Affairs, National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology.

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Improvement of the experiment infrastructure for the Institute for Quantum Life Science 1 Set

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 10 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for NationalInstitutesforQuantumScienceand
Technology, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B not come under Article 11⑴ of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology,
C have qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency during fiscal 2022,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology.
