⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures, suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 2 and Article 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for JAPAN SPORT COUNCIL. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,

② have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C on sales of products in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal year 2022, 2023, 2024.

③ have got the permission as Gus retailers d on the Gas Utility Industry Law, or who is performing the notification as Gas Pipeline Service Providers d on the Law.
