⑴ Contracting Entity : YAMADA Akinori, President, National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan (NCAC)
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Electricity to be used in National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan Sagamihara office contract 385kW. Estimated volume of electricity for the year : 898,500kWh.
② Electricity to be used in National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan Tokyo office contract 147kW. Estimated volume of electricity for the year : 430,500kWh.
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 August 2022 through 31 July 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 14 of the NCAC's accounting regulation detailed rules. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 15 of the NCAC's accounting regulation detailed rules.
③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of products" "Sales of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to the Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Have permission to be a General Electricity Transmission and Distribution Business with Article 3, Section 1 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law, or have registered as a Retail Electricity Business in accordance with Article 2-2, Section 1 of the same law.
⑤ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑥ Be a person who took a grant of a tender manual.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 16 June 2022
