⑴ Contractor : Kazuaki Watanabe, General Manager, National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), YUGE College.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 20.
⑶ Nature and quantity of the Products to be purchased : Training Ship 1 Set.
⑷ Delivery period : According to the bid Manual.
⑸ Delivery place : According to the bid Manual.
⑹ Qualification Conditions for Competition :
A Being a person Who does not fall under the Provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of the National College of Technology Contract Office Handling Regulations.
B Those Who have "Manufacturing of Goods" and in "Ship Maintenance" in the 4th fiscal years of Reiwa in the National Competition Participation Qualification (Unified Qualifications for all Ministries) is rated as A Grade.
C Prove to have prepared a System to provide rapid After-Sale service and Maintenance for the procured Products.
D Have a track record of "Practice Ships," "Training Ships," or "Research Vessels" with a Total Number of 240 tons or more that have been manufactured or repaired as a Prime Contractor since 2012.
E Being a person Who has the Qualification specified by the contract Officer d on the Provisions of Article 6 of the National College of Technology Contract Office Handling Regulations.
F Must not be a Person during the period of Suspension of Transactions from the Contracting Officer.
