⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 66, 29
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Internet reception (Multi-bank support) of application about withdrawal account, 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of this agreement through 31, March, 2025. (For more details, refer to this specifications.)
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto・Koushin'etsu area in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023, 2024.
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be preive in.
⑥ The thing I'm providing with the system to have an appropriate protection crackdown about handling of personal information (To get approval of privacy mark.)
⑦ Be doing authorization registration of ISMS (Information Security Management System), ISO27001, BS7799 or establish an internal regulation, control systems and information securities management architecture.
⑧ The thing as which ISO9001 by a foundation Japanese conformability authorization society of public interests or the examination registration engine authorized by an overseas authorization engine is certified. Or possess quality system equal to this.
