⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Global Health and Medicine. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

B not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Global Health and Medicine ;

C have Grade A, B, C or D in "Provision of services, etc." for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetu Region ;

D prove that they can deliver the thing on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ;

E meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ;
