⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Conversion of JASSO Scholarship Application System owing to the improvement of repayment exemption system for graduate school students, etc., 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : By 31, March, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto･Koushin'etsu area in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023, 2024.
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be preive in.
⑥ Maintain the system to have an appropriate protection crackdown about handling of the personal information which makes the kind the name, the adderss, the phone number telephone number, the starting work location and this.
⑦ Establish information securities management architecture. (ISO/IEC27001 or JISQ27001 is certified.)
⑧ The thing as which ISO9001 by a foundation Japanese conformability authorization society of public interests or the examination registration engine authorized by an overseas authorization engine is certified. Or possess quality system equal to this.
⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 13 June 2022
