⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

(A) not come under article 8 and 9 of the regulation concerning the contract for National Livestock Breeding Center. Furthermore, minors, person under curatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.

(B) have Grade A, B, C or D "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by single qualification for every ministry and agency or in tenders by National Livestock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
