The project is an extension of the existing Atlantic View housing estate in the town of Belmullet and comprises site clearance, bulk excavation to reduce site levels and the construction of 4 no. dwellings comprising 2 no. 2 bedroomed houses and 2 no. 1 bedroomed apartments in a single terrace, along with all ancillary site works summarized as follows:

- Site setup and hoarding including the temporary relocation of an existing public footpath through the site.

- Relocation of existing underground utilities

- Site clearance and removal of material excavated from site to a licenced landfill facility

- The construction of 2 no. 2 bedroomed dormer style units and 2 No. 1 bedroom apartments

- Construction of chain fences to the south boundary

- Raised concrete paths and stonework boundary walls to the front of the houses

- Blockwork boundary walls and palisade fencing to be constructed between gardens

- Site development and surfacing works such as roads, paths and pavings to tie into and continue on the existing Atlantic View housing development

- New connections to public utilities for all units including Electricity, Telecoms, Water, Sewers, Storm drainage along with the provision of new street lighting.
