⑷ Delivery period : From 1 July 2022 until 30 September 2022.

⑸ Delivery place : One of the correctional facilities in Toukai-Hokuriku area will be specified by warden of Toyama Prison.

⑹ Qualification of tenderer : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, any persons who have legal status of minors, individuals under Conservatorship or individuals under Assistance and have obtained the consent necessary for concluding the contract shall fall under the cases with special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B for "Sale of Product" in terms of the Qualification for Participating in Tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Unified Qualification for All Ministries and Agencies) in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023 and 2024.
