⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ONO Hiroshi, Director General, Global Environment Bureau, Ministry of the Environment.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation and maintenance of J-Credit registry system in fiscal 2022.
⑷ Fulfillment period : 31 March 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : The place will be specified later.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A, B, C or D qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023 and 2024 in services for participation in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency).
③ are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
④ pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the tender manual.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00, 6 June 2022.
