⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : IJIMA Yasuhiro, Director General of Hokkaido Regional Forest Office
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : A complete set of Organoch-lorine pesticides Management Service
⑷ Fulfillment period : 10 March, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : Hiyama District Forest Office's area of jurisdiction
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cab-inet Order concerning the Budget, Audi-ting and Accounting. Furthermore, mino-rs, Person under Conservatorship or Pe-rson under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a co-ntract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cab-inet Order concerning the Budget, Audi-ting and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in terms of qualification "Provision of services" for participating in tenders by Organizations in Hokkaido area related to Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023, and 2024.
④ get the permission of industrial waste disposal service that managing the following industrial wastes in accordance with Paragraph 6 of Article 14 of "Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law".

⒞ Scrap l
⑤ get the permission of industrial waste collection and transport service from the prefectural governor with the jurisdiction over the area in which the person is to conduct the service in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 14 of the Law.
⑥ not petition for reorganization proe-edings in accordance with Corporate Re-organization Law, not petition for reh-abilitation proceedings in accordance with Civil Rehabilitation Law.
⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑧ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑺ Time limit for submisson of certificates : 17 : 00 10 June, 2022
⑻ Time limit for tender : 10 : 00 27 June, 2022 (tenders submitted by mail : 17 : 00 24 June, 2022)
