⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures, Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, West Japan Civil Aviation Bureau.
④ have Grade A or B "Manufacturing" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024
⑤ have proven to have actually manufactured and have the ability to manufacture the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned.
⑥ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid maintenance service and supply parts for the procured product.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 August 24, 2022 : 11 : 00 August 25, 2022 in case of by hand
