⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OHNO Masahito Vice Director-General, Tohoku Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism

⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Ocean Observation Equipment Regular Inspection/Repair Operation, 1 set

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
1) not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
2) have Grade A, B, C or D in "Provision of services" in the Tohoku district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022/2023/2024
3) meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
4) acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.nyusatsu.geps.go.jp/OMP/
