⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masanobu Takeuchi, Director General of Civil Engineering Research Institute for Cold Region in Public Works Research Institute
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be leased : Computers and peripherals : 70 units
⑷ Lease period : From 1 October, 2022 through 30 September, 2026
⑸ Lease place : Civil Engineering Research Institute for Cold Region
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 5 of the Public Works Research Institute Contract Code
② have "Offer of services, etc" in the Hokkaido area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by all Ministries and Agencies in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024
③ meet the requirements of specifications
④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau
⑤ not be the Eligibility contractor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid (within 24 hours) after-sale service and maintenance for the leased products
⑺ Time limit for the submission of application form and relevant documents for qualification : 11 : 00 A.M. 8 June, 2022
⑻ Time limit for tender : 5 : 15 P.M. 22 June, 2022
