NOTE: This notice was updated on 10 June 2020 for the following reason: To respond to this opportunity, please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/9RB783U5D3(The services being procured as detailed in Part B Service Profile and Specification: Clerk of Works, representing Great Yarmouth Borough Council to oversee the quality of work on the construction site named above, including ensuring that Employer’s Requirements and the contracted design (plans and specifications) are being implemented correctly, along with general awareness of site safety and CDM.
The services will require regular inspections of the work on site in Great Yarmouth and comparing completed work with drawings and specifications, producing a report on each inspection and any findings. It may require follow-up on any findings and attendance at project meetings.
The Clerk will report to GYBC Project Manager.
The Clerk will also liaise with the Consultant Employer’s Agent and other key project team members such as Client’s CDM Advisor and Consultant QS.)
