Schools payroll work is not core business for Essex County Council (ECC), however we are now seeking to understand potential options from the market and how this work can be delivered. As part of early market engagement ECC wishes to invite suppliers to express an interest in delivering this service to schools, where we would like to share our vision and gain valuable feedback from the market. It is anticipated that meetings will be held virtually with interested parties and will take place week commencing 29 June 2020.
