⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A This system includes a head angiography device, an image display/analysis system necessary for examination/treatment, and a patient management system.
B The head angiography device, image display/analysis system and patient management system required for examination/treatment must meet the following requirements.
a Being a biplane angiography device equipped with a high-resolution, high-sensitivity flat panel detector.
b It has a device that can inject a contrast medium in combination with an angiography device.
c It has excellent operability, high-speed 2D/3D image processing, blood flow/perfusion analysis, and display function.
d Have a function to perform image processing and reconstruction processing to reduce radiation dose.
e It has a system that can record fluoroscopic/photographed images during examinations and treatments and distribute/record images of procedures.
f It connects to the hospital's existing hospital information system and integrated image management system, s patient information, and builds a network environment with the ability to send/save captured/processed images.
g It has a function to remotely observe failures and malfunctions of this system, and a support system in the event of a system failure has been established.
