⑴ Contracting Entity : Shigeo Umezaki The Obligating Officer, Director of Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Japan
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Electricity to be used in the Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Japan Kiyose district contract 410kW. The estimated electricity 1,088,071kWh.
② Electricity to be used in the Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Japan Noborito district contract 319kW. The estimated electricity 1,510,451kWh.
⑷ Delivery period : From 1, October, 2022 through 30, September, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : Specified by the obligating Officer
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region,
④ Have permission to be a retail electricity supplier in accordance with article 2-2, of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law, or have permission to be a general power transmission and distribution operators in accordance with article 3, of the same law
⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify,
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 PM 31 August
