Public Realm Street Enhancement contract.  The ive of the scheme is to provide a high quality inner urban environment where the balance of retail shopping and recreational amenity can be enjoyed in a safe and accessible way.  This works includes the provision of, drainage and ducting services, accommodation works, installation of street furniture, construction of footpath and kerbing and surfacing of roadway.  The total site area is approximately 2,200 m2.
