MUH MV / LV Upgrade - Phase 1a Building & Civil Works; The works comprise of the construction of a new energy centre, a new access road for deliveries, reconfiguration of existing carpark layout, trenching & ducting from the new energy centre to the main switch room and ment. Realignment of existing sewer/stormwater/watermain pipes. Resurfacing of existing road/carpark area.  It also includes for the removal of an existing underground fuel storage tank and the provision of concrete s and enclosures (only) for the new standby generator and over ground fuel storage tank
