Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake the redevelopment of a site in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, known as Howlands House. The work will include the demolishment of the existing 19 units, 3 self-contained bedsits and 1 three bedroom house and re-provide a new modern temporary housing unit which includes 72 units of accommodation and 45 off street parking spaces.
