⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nobuyuki Sana Director General of Chugoku Branch, West Nippon Expressway Company Limited
⑵ Classification of the Products to be procured : 17
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
⒜ 7 units of snow plow truck
⒝ 1 units of truck with wet salt spreader
⑷ Delivery period : 570 days from the next day of the contract day
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
③ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned,
④ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned,
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 11 May 2022 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 10 May 2022)
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M. 28 June 2022
