The Council Room is a large circular meeting room used by many of the Institute’s executive groups, it requires a robust user-friendly Video Conferencing system with touch panel control, that can be used to hold meetings where participants can be either d physically or join remotely using Microsoft Teams. The system also needs to act as a display for meeting content and should have excellent audio/video quality to ensure all participants can be seen and heard.
