Tunbridge Wells Borough Council [“TWBC”] is inviting suitably experienced consultants to tender to provide masterplanning services in relation to bringing forward two strategic sites within the borough. The scope of services will be commissioned and managed by the Council and will be developed with input from key stakeholders, landowners, developers and other local representatives.
